Whether managing a single service scope of work or a full-service global program, Peachtree Clinical Project Managers are experienced team leaders focused on providing on-time, on-cost quality deliverables.   Our project managers have accountability for all aspects of the study.  They are involved in every stage of the process from first proposal to study completion.  Our project managers prepare a comprehensive project plan that is reviewed and approved by the sponsor.   Peachtree project managers also:

• Primary resource and point of communication for the project team. 
• Conduct periodic project team meetings to review the project status, verify resourcing and update action items.
• Develop project-specific operating procedures and training materials/sessions.
• Provide time and events scheduling.
• Communicate regularly with sponsors regarding study progress.
• Manage vendors (e.g., drug supply, central labs, etc.).
• Track and manage study budgets.
• Proactively identify any issues that may negatively impact any project milestone or deliverable.
• Deploy technology such as EDC, web tools, therapeutic/diagnostic devices at the project and program level.
