Clinical Data Management - Medical Coding Peachtree will perform medical coding and create discrepancies for unfamiliar medications and/or ambiguous interpretation of medical terms. Peachtree will code adverse events, medical history conditions/procedures and concomitant medications using MedDRA® and World Health Organization Drug (WHODrug) Dictionary Enhanced. Coding will be performed within the CDM system throughout the study as data are received from the sites or in batch loads, as required by the sponsor. Peachtrees’s medical coding specialists will review the coding to ensure that consistent methodologies have been applied. Prior to finalization, coded terms will be reviewed and approved.
