Peachtree follows the cleaning process outlined below to ensure that the final database is clean for analysis:

• Programs will be run to check for database completeness, accuracy and consistency
• Manual checks will be done as per the DCP
• Queries will be sent to the investigator on Data Clarification Forms (DCFs) on a regular basis
• DCFs will be reviewed once they return from the investigator and a new discrepancies will be created if a clarification of the investigator’s response is needed
• Database updates will occur upon receipt of acceptable DCFs
• Status of queries will be tracked
• DCFs will be filed with the corresponding CRF
• Any unresolved discrepancies at the end of the study will be agreed upon with the Clinical team and documented in the Data Management Report (DMR).
