Clinical Data Management - Database Development

Peachtree will create the database using Oracle Clinical® or Clintrial®.  The database will be generated and corresponding data entry screens created.  The database will be tested using dummy data to ensure the database and screens have been set up correctly. 

Quality is of utmost importance to our programming team; therefore, we have implemented a series of Quality Control measures taken on every project which include, but are not limited to:

• Quality Control (QC) issues tracking log will be used by the programmers to document issues and resolutions for future reference.
• An extensive Database Checklist is utilized to provide efficiency in assisting and giving guidance to the programmers in improving the quality of a study.
• Test patients are entered to ensure the accuracy of the database setup as well as determining that edit checks are firing appropriately and accurately.
• Predefined reports are created to resolve any technical discrepancies during the setup process.
