- Site enrollment statistics with corresponding screen failure information
- Planned vs. actual CRF retrieval o Total number of pages data entered and cleaned (reviewed, DCF sent and received, updated and closed)
- Total number of DCFs/queries sent, returned, and outstanding
- Number of protocol amendments
- Ongoing query and re-query rates for overall study and site
- Time from last subject data receipt to Database lock
- Number of days DCFs have been outstanding
- Time from CRF received to data entry complete
- Time between DB lock to key statistical and final results
